QUESTION: We have had a website before, that didnt live up to expectations. Why should we think ourcar.co.uk will be any different.

ANSWER: Generally Dealers 'stand alone' websites get very little traffic. Why? well very few are indexed by any search engines, so they remain almost completely hidden, and, there are simply too many of them! QUESTION: What are the other reasons for the high traffic

We have links to very important sites such as the RAC WEBSITE with its Route Planner and motoring services, plus BBC LONDON LIVE - with Police Traffic Cameras (Jam Cams), Traffic reports, and Met Office UK weather reports. The OURCAR car security feature is also spotlighted by many Motoring Clubs and organisations, all making the site hugely popular. Amd of course visitors will bookmark or enter Dealers websites into their favourites folder, so expect return visits!

QUESTION: As the site is already getting large volumes of traffic, do we need to put www.ourcar.co.uk in our adverts?
It is clearly to your advantage to tell prospects they can see your latest stock listings on ourcar.co.uk, although if your advertisement readers are internet users they will probably visit the site anyway, or find it from a search. They may then choose to use 'site search' to find the particular car they want, and be given a link to your site if you have that model listed. We do however advise the following:


(a)

Put "www.ourcar.co.uk" or better still something more inviting such as "See our cars at www.ourcar.co.uk" in all your adverts.

(b)

Display the website address at your premises so after hours callers see it - its almost like having a 24hr a day Salesman. You can also add it when you next order business cards, letterheads and invoices etc.

(c)

Let ourcar.co.uk do the rest!

All of this can vastly increase your website traffic, and more traffic means more sales  - guaranteed!
