Very pleased with how James and Steve conducted themselves with the purchase of my Landrover Freelander 2. I found them genuine and honest through the whole process, I needed to trust their opinion of the car as I was travelling over 150 Miles to collect it and I wasn't disappointed. I would describe this service as 10/10 "˜old school' service - by that I mean the service is above and beyond what we would expect. From the initial call to Steve right up until the day the car was, personally, delivered, I received excellent communication and care. I am thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience and cannot rate this company highly enough.
To add to the total experience, I wanted some small modifications carried out on the the car, which they were happy to do, and to an equally high specification.

Never written a review but I had to do this one! Easily the best service I've ever had from a dealership. The minute I spoke to James for the first time over the phone the car was at the top of my list from the options I had even though it was the furthest for me to get to (Surrey to lincolshire ) and it would mean buying the car without physically seeing or test driving it. (Something in my head said, well that's dumb) but I did anyway and I'm so happy I did!! I hadn't bought a car in so long I forgot what questions to ask but the good thing about a dealer that's not trying to rip you off is they are completely transparent and tell you everything you need to know anyway. As soon as I got to Lincoln and saw my car and the other cars alongside it i knew I had made the right decision. James and Steve were very helpful every step of the way.
